This course is designed for people who are involved in, or may wish to be involved in, being a mentor. The course is also suitable for anyone who is a mentor but feels in need of a refresher on modern mentoring.

- Mentor skill model highlighting Core & Essential skills.
- The mentoring journey and the 4 mentoring stages.
- Barriers to being an effective Mentor.
- Introduction to typical documents.
