Manual handling includes Transporting or supporting a load, pushing, pulling, and carrying. A load can be an object, person or animal.
The course includes how to assess the risks involved, how to reduce the risk, injuries caused when manual handling heavy loads, handling odd shapes, putting down, techniques.
